News 'Octopath Traveler' series is now available on all current-gen platforms and debuts on Xbox Game Pass

The Octopath Traveler series is now available on more platforms as of today. Square Enix announced that the first Octopath Traveler is now available on the PS4 and PS5, while the sequel, Octopath Traveler II, is available for the first time on Xbox platforms including Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S. In addition, both games have debuted on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

To accompany the launch, developer Team Asano is providing the 'Extra Battle' mode as a free update to Octopath Traveler II. This new mode, available after defeating the final boss, allows players to test their skills against newly added opponents, including the first Octopath Traveler's cast.

In addition, a bundle that includes Octopath Traveler and Octopath Traveler II is also available on all platforms.
