The Deckbuilder Update includes a variety of new game-changing features, including the introduction of the new Research Library and Discovery cards, used to increase the pull rate of specific cards at the Harvest shop, and over 20 new objectives to guide your followers to victory, providing more dynamic runs and encouraging different strategies and playstyles.
Players can now also choose cards to make up their starting hand at the beginning of each run, allowing them to pick their favourite cards or begin a run with their preferred strategy, and take on new Star Challenges, rewarding players with stars to unlock powerful cards for future runs.
A new tutorial is also available, guiding new players through a series of short missions to help them learn various aspects of the game. A variety of other quality of life improvements have been implemented, too, including bug fixes and balance changes, and the introduction of houses, enemy camps and more to discover as you expand onto new islands.
