Hacking Shiro to Kuro no Alice translation project

ABOUT:
This will be a project to translate the visual novel Shiro to Kuro no Alice for Ps Vita.
It's also known as black and white Alice.

It's a unique VN because you get to chose between white Alice and black Alice.
All of the Alice in wonderland characters are here, there just different.
The story can get kinda dark too.

WHY THIS?
I decide to start this project to gain more experience and to bring another VN to English speakers.
There are a ton a great Vita VN that will probably never see an English release.

INFORMATION:
Whats nice about this particular game is that the menus are already in English. So that is taken care of.
The option however are not. The script is kept in a nice .psarc file which was easy to extract.
The script is kept in large chunks in individual files. The first four is the starting routes you can chose from.
From there the rest of the story. They also contain the CHOICES as well. Character names are also kept in these files.
So each file will need these names translated once again which is kind of a pain.
The game uses utf-8 and 8-bit. This give plenty of room, but does some really wonky things with the text,
such as smashing letter together or overlaying them.(see screens below)
This is the only problem so far that needs to be fix.

So on to the important part:

WHAT IS NEEDED:

Someone to fix the font problem

Someone to work on the eboot. (I am not good at eboot modding.)

TRANSLATORS (There is obviously a large amount of text to translate, check and proof read.)
