About Extinction Rifts:
Inspired by classic Playstation 1 shooters, Extinction Rifts is a fast-paced first-person shooter that challenges players to achieve the highest combo possible in each level. Mastery of shooting, special items, and the character's powerful punch is key!
The Story:
In a dystopian future, mysterious monoliths have suddenly appeared on Earth, causing fear and uncertainty. The humanity, apprehensive of these artifacts' origins and power, debates their fate, leaning towards destruction.
However, a paramilitary terrorist group called Novo Mundo has seized five of these monoliths worldwide, intending to use their supposed powers to further their cause: the selective extinction of the human race!
Now, it's up to you, armed with a powerful item called the Adreno-Gauntlet, to locate and completely destroy all the monoliths to ensure the planet's survival!
How the Playtest Works:
To join the closed playtest, interested parties must fill out the form provided by QUByte by September 2nd. Selected participants will receive a game key and detailed instructions on how to participate. All communication and feedback will be handled via Discord, and even those not selected can follow the community's thoughts and reactions.
