The Croc: Legend of the Gobbos remaster has been officially announced and is coming to multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via GOG. The remaster aims to "reignite the imaginations of players with its enhanced HD graphics, updated modern controls, and an authentic gameplay experience that will transport players back to the golden age of gaming."
The remaster is being developed by Argonaut Games, the original creators of the Croc franchise. It will include both the remastered version as well as the original Croc: Legend of the Gobbos game as a free bonus for those who pre-order the PC version on GOG.
A firm release date has not yet been announced, but the remaster is expected to launch sometime in the coming months across the various platforms. Fans of the classic 3D platformer will soon be able to experience the magic of Croc's adventure in an updated, modern form.
