Wuthering 1.3 Fix - All Characters

Only a few characters have been affected by this patch, with some changes being more notable than others.

Broken Characters:

• Verina
• Yinlin
• Rover (Female)
• Jianxin
• Chixia
• Yangyan
• Shanhua (Still need to check her, she didn't break on my end so yeah)
  

PS: Some hashes are shared between characters, so don't get stuck with some...
