Note for Console Users: You can experience 60 FPS best on New 3DS/3DS XL/2DS XL Models with Max CPU Clock and L2 Cache turned On.

Note for Emulator Users: You can experience 60 FPS best on a Good PC or a High-End/Flagship Android Device with a Snapdragon(8XX series) SoC.
(Don't know what's your SoC? Use the CPU-Z app or Aida64 app, you can install it from playstore).

If on CITRA and your game runs below 30 FPS (like 10 FPS), using 60 FPS cheat WON'T HELP!!!
