Translation Description:
Must be applied to the English-patched ROM using the Aeon Genesis fan translation.
Guarantees* a Fiend will appear when you step on a Fiend tile in the correct orientation, bypassing the usual 1/32 check. Happy Fiend hunting!
(Does not bypass the "stepped on Fiend tile" check; you will still need to save at a terminal to refresh. Also does not affect Alice's spawn rate at magic boxes.)
*due to an oddity in the code structure, there is still a 1/256 chance of no Fiend appearing, but this is rare enough to not be a concern.
