I saw Jason's model from Multiversus and thought "bulky" and saw Heavy and thought "bulky" so yeah.
No sounds since all it would be would be whispering and that wouldn't help other players especially when Heavy is saying important lines such as indicating a spy or needing a medic (even if the symbol above their head helps)
