Fixing the particle editor for dummies

Hello all particle editors, assuming you have not already found this way around using the particle editor, this is a way to do it easily.

After the 64 bit update, the "-tools" launch option stopped working, which made it impossible to use the particle editor.

To fix this, create a shortcut of the "tf.exe" file in your TF2 directory.
You can find your TF2 directory by right clicking on TF2 in Steam, then going to manage, then browse local files.

Next, right click on the shortcut and go to properties.

In the "Target:" box of the properties on the shortcut page, after the text that is already in there, add the "-tools" launch option.

You should be able to launch the particle editor and other tools then.
